Tom Bennett one of the last of the authentic folk blues singers, learned the blues sitting alone in a Georgia hayfield. There in the deep south, he found his passion. He soon after picked up the harmonica after being given one by an old woman. As fortune would have it he found plenty to sing about, riding the rails, hitch hiking and later dealing cocaine. His music gives the listeners an authentic sound and restores the lost art of story telling through music. Each song weaves together a tapestry of misadventure, love, and what it means to be a true blues man.
This one man band has spent the last two years touring the greater continental US. With increasingly larger shows, Tom has become a sold out sensation. He is expected to play for more than 10,000 people later this summer in Utah. If you have the opportunity to attend one of his many preformances you will be guarenteed an experience that won’t soon be forgotten. Tom is currently booked solid through May of this year touring most of the West Coast and throughout Colorado. Currently in the works for later this year are tours in NY and in Europe.
Take notice. This is the underground artist we have all been waiting for.
